Augusta Fire Department launches employee recognition initiative with 7 Brew Coffee
Augusta, GA – The Augusta Fire Department announced the launch of a new employee recognition initiative designed to highlight workers for their hard work and positive impact across the department.
The program, called “Espresso Yourself Kudos,” was introduced in partnership with 7 Brew Coffee and focuses on recognizing employees in the moment for their everyday efforts and dedication.
Department officials said the initiative aims to strengthen team morale and support a culture of appreciation throughout AFD.
The first employees recognized through the program were AFD Maintenance Shop team members DeVaris Henry and Alexus Scott.
The department praised the pair for their dedication and daily excellence, saying they set the tone for what the initiative represents.
Officials also congratulated both employees for “expressing excellence every day” as the program begins recognizing team members across the department.
