Richmond County Sheriff’s Office conducts community surveys at Target

Augusta, GA – The Richmond County Sheriff’s Office Community Services Division spent part of the day engaging with residents through a community survey event at the Target store located on Robert C. Daniel Jr. Parkway in Augusta.

According to the Sheriff’s Office, deputies and staff were available from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. to gather feedback from community members and learn more about the needs, concerns, and priorities of the people they serve.

Officials said the survey effort is designed to help the agency better understand community expectations while identifying opportunities to strengthen programs, services, and partnerships throughout Richmond County.

The Sheriff’s Office encouraged residents to stop by the event, share their perspectives, and take part in the feedback process.

Agency officials noted that community input plays an important role in shaping future initiatives and improving engagement between law enforcement and the public.

The Richmond County Sheriff’s Office said it looks forward to continuing to work with residents to address local concerns and enhance community services.
