Richmond County Sheriff’s Office honors four recipients with life saving awards

Augusta, Ga -The Richmond County Sheriff’s Office has recognized four individuals for their extraordinary actions in helping save lives during two separate incidents.

Sheriff Brantley and the Richmond County Sheriff’s Office honored Mauratae Johnson, Titus Holmes Jr., Brandon Watson, and Malcolm Bowens with Life Saving Awards for their courage, quick thinking, and decisive actions during critical situations.

According to the Sheriff’s Office, the recipients’ efforts directly contributed to preserving a life at each scene.

Officials said their willingness to act under pressure demonstrated exceptional dedication to serving others and reflected the highest standards of the agency.
