Authorities Seek Five Men in Connection with Murder at Augusta Dollar General

Augusta, GA – The Richmond County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s assistance in locating five individuals wanted for questioning in connection with the murder of Elias Jkhael Delk. Delk, 28, was found deceased at a Dollar General store on Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard in Augusta on June 15, 2024. According to law enforcement, Delk’s death resulted from multiple blunt force trauma injuries.

Upon arriving at the scene, deputies discovered Delk’s body inside the store. Investigators have been working tirelessly to piece together the events surrounding his death, and authorities now believe that the five individuals are linked to the case.

The men, who are described as being between the ages of 39 and 46, are identified as Dennis Rodriquez Stephens, 39 (5’7″, 150 lbs.), Freddie Lee Roper Jr., 42 (5’10”, 265 lbs.), Freddie Smith, 46 (6’1″, 205 lbs.), Jermaine Ramsey, 41 (5’5″, 145 lbs.), and Randall Clayton Johnson, 43 (6’1″, 150 lbs.). Authorities have noted that all five men are known to frequent the Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard area, where the incident took place.

Sheriff’s investigators are urging anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of these individuals to come forward.
