Stabbing Incident in Augusta Leaves One in Critical Condition

AUGUSTA, Ga. – A stabbing early Sunday morning, March 23rd, left one man in critical condition, according to the Richmond County Sheriff’s Office.

At approximately 2:37 a.m., deputies responded to a reported stabbing at the 1400 Block of Broad Street. Upon arrival, they found a male victim who had sustained multiple stab wounds to his upper torso.

The victim was quickly transported to a nearby hospital, where he was reported to be in critical, though stable, condition. Authorities did not release the victim’s identity, and no further details about his condition were immediately available.
