Fatal Crash on Mike Padgett Highway Claims One Life

The deceased has been identified as 58-year-old Andrew Mark Pregel IV of Augusta. According to Richmond County Coroner Mark Bowen, Pregel was pronounced dead at the scene shortly after the crash.
