Authorities Locate Two Missing Brothers; Search Continues for Teen Girl

Augusta, GA – Authorities reported on Tuesday afternoon that two brothers, Robert and Hunter East, have been found safe. The pair had been missing since early Tuesday morning, when they were last seen at their residence on the 2400 block of Yates Drive in Augusta, according to the Richmond County Sheriff’s Office.

The brothers were discovered unharmed, and their whereabouts are no longer a concern for the authorities.

Meanwhile, the Columbia County Sheriff’s Office is still searching for 17-year-old Madison Baker, who was reported missing on Friday. She was last seen at approximately 8 a.m. on Washington Road. Deputies say Baker was wearing patchwork sweatpants, a green shirt, and a tan jacket at the time of her disappearance. Authorities also noted that she has red-dyed hair, which may assist in identifying her.

The sheriff’s office is urging anyone with information regarding Madison Baker’s location to come forward. Those with tips or relevant information are encouraged to contact the Columbia County Sheriff’s Office at 706-541-2800.

The investigation remains ongoing as officials continue to search for Baker, with hopes of bringing her home safely.
