Augusta Technical College Celebrates Dr. Jermaine Whirl’s Leadership Ahead of His Departure

AUGUSTA, Ga. – The Augusta Technical College community gathered on Thursday to bid farewell to President Dr. Jermaine Whirl, who will be leaving in April to assume the role of president at Savannah State University. Dr. Whirl, who has served as president of the college since 2020, led the institution through a period of significant growth and achievement.
