Augusta Man Arrested in Connection with Two Separate Rape Investigations
AUGUSTA, Ga. — The Richmond County Sheriff’s Office has arrested 24-year-old Zander Ean McDade in connection with two separate rape investigations, authorities confirmed Tuesday.
McDade faces two counts of rape, with the alleged offenses involving two different victims at separate times and locations. Details regarding the incidents have not been released, as the investigations remain active and officials seek to protect the privacy of the victims.
According to initial reports, McDade is employed by the Columbia County Fire Department. He is currently being held at the Charles B. Webster Detention Center pending further legal proceedings.
