Augusta Fire Department and EMA host mold remediation awareness event
Augusta, GA – The Augusta Fire Department, in partnership with the city’s Office of Emergency Management, hosted a mold remediation event last week.
The event welcomed residents, business owners, and healthcare professionals to learn more about mold prevention, remediation, and related health concerns.
Participants had the opportunity to engage with representatives from the Department of Health, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and FEMA, gaining insights into best practices for addressing mold issues and protecting public health.
